jiligane reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if jiligane reasonably believes that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or pose a risk to the integrity of the Platform or other players.
Upon termination for cause, jiligane may forfeit any remaining balance in your account, including bonus funds and winnings derived from prohibited conduct. Where termination is not for cause, jiligane will return your verified real-money balance after deducting any applicable fees.
